When you submit a booking enquiry, the information you provide (name, contact details, event date, and message) is stored so we can respond to your enquiry. It is also delivered privately to the site operator through Telegram. We do not use booking-enquiry data for advertising or marketing.

Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) may be recorded for security and reliability purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses strictly necessary cookies/local storage for basic functionality (such as remembering your cookie choice), which do not require consent. For analytics we use Google Analytics, which may set analytics cookies and process usage data such as page views, device/browser information, approximate location, referrers, and outbound-link events. Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner or below; it is off by default and never runs before you choose. No advertising cookies are used by this site. Embedded video and music players

Video and music embeds on this site load only when you choose to play them, not automatically. Once loaded, the relevant platform (e.g. YouTube) may apply its own privacy practices.

Outbound social links

Links to Instagram, YouTube, and streaming platforms take you to third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies.

Spam protection

The booking form includes a hidden field designed to detect automated submissions and Cloudflare Turnstile. When Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare receives a verification token and your IP address to protect the form from abuse.

Data retention

Booking enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond to and, where applicable, fulfil the request, and are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and reliability purposes.
